Baby Lali Singh of India has 2 faces, 2 noses, 2 pairs of lips and two pairs of eyes. I know your immediate thought is, “oh my goodness she needs serious medical help”. But parents Sushma and Vinod Singh are quite happy and the baby is currently being worshipped as the reincarnation of a Hindu goddess. Of course, makes perfect sense, good luck on that.
Amazing, I saw her yesterday on TV here in Belgium.
I guess there are people in this world who just would like to believe in anything. I once knew a cult who have one of their icons for worship, a carved replica of a human penis. They kiss it when they enter their place of worship and the face it at their altar of worship. People are not in this world if it is not for the penis. Sound sensible, don’t you think so?

I think she’s a sweetie. Anyway, I don’t think there’s any medical procedure they can perform to “help” her. I’m glad her parents love her despite her condition, and I hope they have the strength and the wisdom to help support their daughter in the future.

I have been following this story and it seems that both sides of her face are identical and perfect. Her facial movements appear to mirror each other, so if she is ’sucking’ she will stick a thumb in one of her mouths and they feed her other mouth that is making the same sucking motion. All four eyes blink together, and the two pairs move in mirror image to each other. It is completely amazing and I cannot wait to find out how she progresses. Since all her features move together she must have one brain which is facinating… Can she hear, see, speak? …. I have so many questions.
My first thought on seeing her was ‘Oh my gosh she is adorable….two perfect little faces’ I was expecting to see something grossly deformed… not a little angel….that dot in the middle of her face (where her two cheeks merge) is a dimple…aw cute =) I think that says it all.
actually the first time that i saw her on newspapper it was amazing for me, i thought look at her shes wonderful! i think shes wonderful yet, but i would like to know how she feels, im little afraid for her, would she able to live like others, isnt it hard?

The cult you have referred to is not a cult. It is Hinduism, the faith of one fifth of humanily. Hindus worship Lord Shiva in the form of Shiva Linga ( image of Penis), and in images Shiva is shown as a man in deep meditation, or in dancing form. Shiva is one of the Trimurtis, the other two being Vishnu, and Brahma. All are important deities. Shiva is not kissed, but worshipped with flowers etc.
